In principle, the personal information we collect is destroyed immediately once the user registers for consultation and once the purpose of collecting the personal information is attained.
However, in the case of records on consumer complaints/dispute resolutions, the information shall be kept for 3 years in accordance with the Act On The Consumer Protection In Electronic Commerce.

You may refuse to allow the Hospital from collecting and using your personal information. If you refuse consent, you will not be able to use the Hospital’s online consultation service.
