Reduces pain and helps with faster recovery
Compared to conventional LASEK, ToDay LASEK removes a minimal amount of corneal epithelium, preserving the cornea outside of the area requiring correction. This means, patients can return to their normal daily routine in just 2 days.

Safe surgery without chemical irritations, inflammation, or toxicity concernsRecover
Reduces corneal damage by approximately 40%, enabling faster recoveryZero
Zero corneal flap-related side effects and complicationsFast
Faster vision recovery and significant pain relief compared to conventional LASEKWe recommend Today LASEK to these patients
Patients with sensitive eyes and often suffer from bloodshot eyes
Patients suffering from severe dry eye syndrome
Patients with thin corneas who find LASIK surgery difficult
Patients concerned over pain levels
Patients who want clear and high quality vision
Patients who have larger pupils at night and are concerned about light blurring
Patients looking for safer and more accurate surgery than conventional LASEK surgery
What is ToDay LASEK?
Compared to conventional LASEK, ToDay LASEK is a safer and more precise LASEK surgery method as it removes only a minimal amount of corneal epithelium while preserving as much of the cornea outside of the correction area possible. This helps reduce pain and allows for faster recovery after surgery. Since the corneal epithelium and corneal stroma are removed using only a laser throughout the entire surgery (no use of alcohol), patients do not have to worry about any unnecessary removal of the epithelium or errors. The surgery also protects the corneal stroma from irritations.

Relieves dry eye syndrome
If you compare the eyes of regular LASEK patients and ToDay LASEK surgery patients, you can see that the latter maintain a more stable tear film than regular surgery patients. Results from investigating whether dry eye symptoms improve after surgery confirmed that dry eye symptoms did indeed improve by about 85% in patients that received ToDay LASEK surgery compared to patients who opted for regular surgery.

Improved glare and clarity
ToDay LASEK removes the corneal epithelium and corrects vision using only a laser. It does not use any other physical or chemical methods such as alcohol and brushes, which helps reduce the area of the cornea that requires cutting by about 40%. This greatly improves stability and quality of vision.
